As a Trade Analyst in our Advisory & Customer Success team, you will be offering an international clientele analytic insight into FX trading, and advising CFOs and treasurers on how to optimise the trading setup.
What you will be doing
- Orchestrating successful onboarding processes and ensuring smooth implementation of our platform for new customers. Advise customers throughout the customer journey, and make them succeed.
- Analyse FX trade data and advise clients on how to achieve savings and optimise their setup, by providing continuous support and maximising the value of our platform
- Support customers on negotiations with banks and FX brokers to reduce trading cost by leveraging data analysis to create collateral for meetings with counterparties
- Educating customers about risk and hedging practices related to foreign exchange (FX) and other Over-the-Counter (OTC) instruments.
- Work with Product Development on new features and improvements based on client feedback, new opportunities and markets.
- Develop Customer Success & Advisory as a competency centre. Assemble data points to support efforts for case studies, blogs and other content
Your profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English, our primary language for internal communication
- Relevant education at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level with solid results
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in finance/banking, consulting or treasury.
- Interest and knowledge of financial products and markets is a clear advantage, especially financial markets and derivatives
- Being proactive and taking initiative to identify problems and solutions for clients. Develop and improve internal systems, processes and products
- You have a keen interest in fin-tech, and a background in financial analysis, data analysis or other analytical roles
- Eagerness to join a thriving and ambitious team.

This role is based at Aker's headquarters at Fornebu, Oslo (Aker Tech House). Hybrid or remote work schedules can be offered. Travelling might be required.
