Wilhelmsen is now looking to hire a Process Mining Analyst, to join their Finance Technology team. The position will report to Head of Data & Analytics, Finance Technology, and will work cross-functionally with the IT teams both across the organisation and towards business stakeholders.

What will you be some of your responsibilities?

The process mining analyst will have the overall responsibility to design, develop and maintain processes in our dedicated process mining tool Celonis, which allows us to derive different process patterns and identify deviations. You will work on a detailed level with data-modelling, both in Celonis, but also in our cloud Datawarehouse Snowflake, to enable process analysis in an efficient way. Moreover, you will build and model processes in Celonis, perform gap-analysis, build reports and implement KPI’s as defined by process analysts, BPM’s and other key stakeholders. The right candidate thrives to uncover business insights in large and complex datasets and is comfortable to model and transform data using established data preparation and process mining analysis techniques.

Who are you?

You have minimum 3+ years of experience with Celonis, building processes, transforming and visualizing data as well as building and maintaining data pipelines. You have a bachelor’s degree from business/finance, computer science, engineering or similar. Previous job experience should include process analysis and improvement projects as well as competence on common data modelling languages like SQL, Python etc. Your analytical skills are strong and you’re curious about technology and how to leverage this to support process analysis and optimisation. You communicate well in English.
