TOMRA Collection (Norway) is seeking a Marketing Manager Digital as part of the TOMRA Brand, Marketing and Communication team. The team is responsible for international profiling of TOMRA’s reverse vending machines and associated products and services. You will play an important role in building TOMRA’s brand and reputation. In cooperation with employees from across our international organization, you’ll be responsible for presenting our digital products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop product marketing strategies and plans for digital portfolio
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market, gain customer insight and analyze competitive landscape
- Plan and distribute promotional campaigns
- Project management during exhibitions and events
- Plan and implement the launch of new products and releases
- Translate technical features into benefits for the user
- Formulate value proposition and develop sales tools and marketing material for product portfolio
- Evaluate projects using relevant Key Performance Indicators and feedback from existing and prospective customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within marketing/sales
- B.Sc or M.Sc, preferably within Business, Marketing or Technical subjects
- Project management experience from larger projects/arrangements/ training/trade shows/events
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluent communication skills in Norwegian, both written and oral
- Strategic marketing competence, and experience with analyzing market needs, forming strategies, developing positioning and product messaging and producing marketing communication materials
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing
- International experience (professional and/or educational)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
